Job Description:
As a Store Manager at Tennis S.A., I am responsible for leading and overseeing the overall store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, average ticket, and UPT.
• Actively support the sales floor and lead by example.
• Manage inventory control and loss prevention.
• Optimize operational processes and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in fashion retail stores.
• Experience managing teams (minimum of 2 direct reports).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
