This is an unpaid internship position. The internship is intended to comply with applicable California and federal law governing unpaid internships, including educational training requirements. Because this is an unpaid opportunity, no hourly wage or salary is offered. This internship is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, except where required by applicable law.

- Development of data analysis and insight generation skills
- Exposure to legal operations and contract management
- Strengthened research and communication skills
- Assisting in automating workflows (e.g., scheduling, reporting, data entry) using AI tools
- Analyzing data from spreadsheets and documents, delivering clear summaries and insights
- Supporting AI-assisted contract review by identifying key clauses, risks, and contributing to templates
- Helping organize and maintain the legal contract repository, improving structure and accessibility
- Researching emerging AI tools and contributing to presentations or pilot use cases
- Current college student eligible for academic credit
- Interest in AI, media, business, or legal processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AI tool familiarity is a plus
- Ability to manage tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Currently a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited college or university
- At least 18 years of age
- Available to be fully on site in our Santa Monica office
- Able to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week and 2 days per week
