Padel coaching experience is a major plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
Facility & Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the padel facility
- Ensure a premium customer experience at all times
- Manage scheduling, court usage, cleanliness, and overall organization
- Oversee coach and staff performance to ensure high standards of professionalism, energy, customer service, and program quality
- Foster a positive team culture and hold staff accountable to operational and customer experience standards
- Act as the main point of contact for members, guests, and staff
- Help build a welcoming, energetic, and community-driven culture
- Create and oversee padel programs, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and social events
- Develop initiatives to increase player engagement and retention
- Build relationships with members and help grow the local padel community
- Assist with marketing ideas, social media content, and promotional events
- Oversee the beer garden and food & beverage area during operating hours
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a food and liquor manager license/certification required for facility operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and atmosphere in social spaces
- Coordinate with bar/food staff and help maintain operational standards
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or bar management experience is a strong plus
- Ability to coach padel lessons, clinics, or events is highly valued
- Help create a strong coaching culture and player experience
- Extremely positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Natural leader who enjoys being around people
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for sports, hospitality, and community building
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sports management, hospitality, fitness clubs, racquet sports, or food & beverage is preferred
- Padel or tennis coaching experience is a plus
