What You'll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices while maintaining up-to-date account records.
- Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile customer payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
- Support the accounting team with other finance-related duties as needed.
