As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our AfterPaint and specialty product line to contractors, retailers, designers, and end users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, performance-based environment and enjoys building relationships in the field.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay with high earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales leads and manage existing accounts
- Travel to client sites in the Tri-State area (Chattanooga**, Knoxville, Blue Ridge, Murphy, etc.) and industry events to present product offerings
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Report regularly on sales pipeline and performance
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals profitably
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Previous sales experience, especially in door/shower hardware, glass, construction, or related industries
- Willingness to travel regularly (reliable transportation required)
- Must have a valid government-issued ID
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
