Our company is seeking an experienced, organized Medical Records Specialist to help us ensure compliance with local and federal regulations on medical records. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all medical records of our patients are correctly maintained and kept in accordance with regulations. Attention to detail is a required skill. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and growing practice with a great team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for data and information.
- Search for, retrieve and update records.
- Store and maintain records.
- Verify that all documents have been filed correctly.
- Pull daily charts for scheduled patients
- Pull charts for lab & pathology results
- File charts back daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
