Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager / School Director to lead student enrollment, manage daily operations, and drive overall revenue growth. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands how to convert leads into committed students.

This is not a passive administrative role — you will be directly responsible for sales performance, team accountability, and growth of the school.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive student enrollment and revenue goals
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline (calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Train, coach, and manage admissions/sales staff
  • Implement and improve sales processes, scripts, and KPIs
  • Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain high standards for student experience from first call to graduation
  • Track and report key metrics (conversion rates, cost per enrollment, ROI on marketing)
  • Work closely with ownership to execute growth strategies

Experience

  • Proven sales leadership experience (required)
  • Strong track record of closing high-ticket or service-based sales
  • Experience managing a sales team or admissions department
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage both operations and sales performance
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and improving conversion rates
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and accountability skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 (depending on experience)
