Responsibilities
- Own and drive student enrollment and revenue goals
- Manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline (calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions)
- Train, coach, and manage admissions/sales staff
- Implement and improve sales processes, scripts, and KPIs
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain high standards for student experience from first call to graduation
- Track and report key metrics (conversion rates, cost per enrollment, ROI on marketing)
- Work closely with ownership to execute growth strategies
Experience
- Proven sales leadership experience (required)
- Strong track record of closing high-ticket or service-based sales
- Experience managing a sales team or admissions department
- Highly organized with the ability to manage both operations and sales performance
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and improving conversion rates
- Excellent communication, leadership, and accountability skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 (depending on experience)
