We are seeking a driven Sustainability Coordinator to join our stadium operations team, supporting data collection, reporting, and execution of sustainability initiatives — including waste diversion, material management, and zero-waste programming — across all stadium events and operations at Nissan Stadium.

We are seeking a driven Sustainability Coordinator to join our stadium operations team, supporting data collection, reporting, and execution of sustainability initiatives — including waste diversion, material management, and zero-waste programming — across all stadium events and operations at Nissan Stadium.
- Assist in collecting data on energy consumption, water usage, and waste diversion efforts at Nissan Stadium
- Create and disseminate monthly and yearly sustainability reports
- Develop a strong understanding of the post-event waste sorting process and support its execution
- Lead material management efforts, especially around hard-to-recycle items and developing a plan for all stadium material streams
- Serve as a zero-waste POC for both major and special events
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement process improvements
- Design and implement sustainability programs to enhance stakeholder engagement
- Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
- Provide support to the broader Stadium Operations team, including tasks outside the sustainability focus when needed
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Sports Management, Sustainability, or related field preferred
- Experience with Waste Sorting, Material Management, Energy/Water reduction, or sustainable programming is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed including the availability to work most major events and all Titans home games.
