What Youll Do
- Review and assign patient referrals to the appropriate clinical team members.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Review patient diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and overall clinical progress.
- Assist clinicians with care planning, goal setting, and clinical decision-making.
- Conduct quarterly clinical record reviews and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
- Support compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to drive quality outcomes and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Current professional clinical license in the state of Tennessee.
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (BSN, DPT, MOT, or MSLP preferred).
- Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience (Home Health preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance.
