Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist located on-site in Knoxville, TN. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and processing orders and returns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Proficiency in handling Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus
