What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN/EMT position at Tennessee Heart, PLLC?
Experienced LPN, EMT or Registered Nurse needed for busy cardiology clinic.
Room patients, perform vital sign assessment and perform outpatient EKG’s .
Document patient information and update chart and medications.
Track all test results.
Work closely with scheduling department for urgent, pre-op and routine appointment work-ins.
Make referrals to other providers and track that appointments were made and patient notified.
Monitor phone calls constantly throughout the day assessing questions, complaints and reporting test results after being reviewed by cardiology provider.
Assist with FMLA, patient assistance and disability paperwork completion.
