Qualifications
Medical insurance billing experience required
Proficient with eClinicalWorks and Trizetto software will be advantagous
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, PA and insurance verification processes
Friendly, professional and dependable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Submit and track insurance claims
Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
Post insurance and patient payments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist patients with billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate billing and account records
