Tennessee Guardrail Inc is seeking reliable CDL Laborers to join our field crew. This dual role position requires a dependable individual with a strong work ethic who can safely operate company trucks and assist with onsite guardrail installation and other labor tasks.
Base pay for Laborers is $22.46, and those with valid CDLs earn $ 23.25; some specific contracts pay more.
Can start next day if hired.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Dependable Attendance!
-Set up and maintain safe work zones by erecting and dismantling barriers, signs, and cones.
-Repair and install highway signs and guardrail.
-Direct traffic with hand signals, traffic cones, and electronic traffic devices to ensure safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians.
Requirements:
-Hours may vary, day and night work required, overtime available. Some travel may be required.
-Ability to lift 60 pounds
-Working outdoors in hot and cold temperatures.
-Driver's License
-Ability to pass a drug screen
