Role Description
Start your entrepreneurship journey as an Insurance Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance. As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the agency, managing insurance policies, developing sales strategies, generating new business via telephone/networking/other lead sources, and building relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications
- Sales, business development, financial, management, ownership or marketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to be active in your community
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Willing to obtain your Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
