The Graphic Designer plays a key role within the in-house Marketing Communications team, responsible for developing creative concepts and producing high-quality design solutions that support the organization’s brand, marketing strategies, and business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, creative execution, and leadership, ensuring consistent visual storytelling across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate in-house or agency marketing communications environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand development.
- Experience managing projects from concept through production.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with business objectives.
- Proficient in social media and methods to increase
- Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience.
- Knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS basics a plus).
- Experience with photography or art direction for video shoots.
- Agricultural background or understanding a plus.

- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for a wide range of marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, brochures, digital content, social media, product packaging, trade show displays, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
- Partner with marketing managers, copywriters, and other team members to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintaining and evolving brand standards as needed.
- Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers or contractors.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and photographers as needed, overseeing production to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance communications.
- Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and adapt designs based on feedback.
