This is an opportunity to step in as a Full-Time Doctor for a well-established practice that has been ingrained in the community, with an extremely loyal and growing patient base. Partnership opportunity available after 12 months with the practice value being based upon 70% Office Collections of the past 12 months PRIOR TO associates joining the team. Guaranteed daily rate for first 90 days and 32% of Adjusted Production moving forward. The staff is one large family, so they are seeking someone who is patient-oriented and highly motivated to join their team and get started.
The practice offers a wide-range of Cosmetic, Restorative, Sedation and General (Family) Dentistry, working every day to offer the most advanced and aesthetic dental treatments at affordable prices. This practice has the technology, resources, and patient demand for an associate to thrive.
Requirements
- Valid TN Dental License
- Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited school of Dentistry
- Willingness to see PPO and Medicaid patients
- Comprehensive General Dentistry experience/knowledge
Required Skills:
- Simple, Surgical and Third-Molar Extractions
- Implants
- Endo (Non-Molar)
- Sedation
- Clear Aligners (e.g. Invisalign)
- Ability to provide quality dentures (removable and implant-supported)
Preferred Skills:
- Molar Endo
- Willingness to see TennCare patients (license available through practice)
- Familiarity with digital scanning
- CBCT experience
