Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during advanced procedures
- Perform expanded functions duties in accordance with state regulations
- Take high-quality digital radiographs (CBCT experience a plus)
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional chairside experience
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members
Qualifications
- EFDA certification (required)
- Dental assisting experience (experience in a procedure-focused practice preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate doctor needs
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-level clinical environment
