Job Description:
We are seeking a Drainage Worker to join our team. No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and physically capable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our growing company. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and improving drainage systems to ensure proper water flow and prevent water damage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, trenching, and moving materials.
- Work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
- Install, repair, or replace drainage components such as pipes and gutters.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we will train you.
- Must be physically able to lift over 40lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
