Overview
We are seeking a dependable and highly motivated Bail Recovery Agent to work as part of a coordinated team handling active recovery files across multiple counties. This role involves locating, apprehending, and safely returning fugitives who have failed to appear in court.
This is a fast-paced, unpredictable position that requires flexibility and the ability to mobilize quickly. Agents must be comfortable traveling on short notice, including out-of-state travel when necessary. Teamwork, situational awareness, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team on active bail recovery cases
- Locate and apprehend fugitives in accordance with all state and federal laws
- Travel to various counties and states as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding each case
- Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and safety awareness at all times
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to travel on short notice, including overnight and out-of-state travel
- Availability for on-call work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High level of reliability, discretion, and situational awareness
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Handgun carry certification
- Prior law enforcement, military, corrections, or security background
- Experience in fugitive recovery, bail enforcement, or related fields
