Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced technicians in performing aircraft components maintenance and repair tasks
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for aircraft components maintenance and repair
- Willing to learn to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft components
- Learn to operate and maintain specialized equipment used in aircraft components maintenance
- Adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company safety policies
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures or malfunctions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
