Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze market, customer, and competitor data.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Support supplier management systems and databases (including RFQ and PPAP requests).
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
- Basic understanding of purchasing or supply chain principles.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Coursework or experience in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Familiarity with supplier management systems and basic purchasing processes.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with Excel functions and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in automotive or manufacturing industries.
