Our Kansas City facility is a key Clean Air manufacturing site supporting one of our major automotive customers. With a strong production workforce across multiple shifts, the plant focuses on safety, quality, and lean manufacturing practices to deliver high-performance products. The site offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on accountability, leadership development, and operational excellence.
About the Position:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing operations within the assigned department while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Position:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing operations within the assigned department while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Coach, develop, and support employees through performance feedback, training, and accountability.
- Monitor operational metrics including downtime, scrap, efficiency, and staffing to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
- Partner with HR, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support plant objectives.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of manufacturing experience with previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, TPM, and Lean principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
