- Support Customer Service with order entry and order maintenance.
- Assist with customer invoicing and documentation.
- Maintain customer web portals and upload required shipping and order information.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documentation.
- Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Assist with shipping confirmations and customer communications.
- Maintain shipping and customer records.
- Coordinate documentation with transportation providers.
- Support customs or export documentation when applicable.
- Monitor customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies and order issues.
- Generate reports related to customer orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Maintain filing systems and required business records.
- Cross-train in both Customer Service and Inventory Control activities to provide backup coverage.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, inventory control, or administrative support.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
