Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly financial reports.
- Maintain productive and nonproductive receiving reports.
- Support GRIR cleanup, blocked invoice resolution, and open PO maintenance.
- Assist with month-end journal entries and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure data accuracy.
- Must be prepared to communicate and work in cross-functional environment
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Sophomore level or higher preferred.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university program during the internship.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
