Inventory Control & Production Planning Lead

Own the planning rhythm, elevate inventory performance, and guide a talented team that keeps Tennant North America plants running.

• Run the monthly SIOP cadence from data compilation through cross-functional consensus with Business Unit, Global Supply, Operations, and Finance.
• Build and deliver executive SIOP decks that translate plans into decisions.
• Forecast inventory annually and monthly; report performance and drive actions toward optimal levels.
• Direct and develop the Production Planning and Inventory Control teams, including cross-training and department knowledge management.
• Lead continuous improvement for all materials processes using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Co-create performance metrics and ensure accountability to targets.

Part of the Materials Management plant team partnering with procurement of raw materials, production planning, inventory control, and shipping for Tennant’s North America manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or similar; or 5 years in Materials Management, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or 3 years executing CI projects.
• Supervisory/management background (required).
• Hands-on SAP expertise (required).
• Prior S&OP/SIOP experience (preferred).
