What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Tenn State Veterans Homes Board?
Responsibilities:
- Follow written and oral directions
- Follow established performance standards
- Assist new in following established facility policies and procedures
- Maintain a current listing employees phone numbers
- Complete nursing schedule as directed coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of unit.
- Assist in obtaining nursing care staff information needed for daily positing requirements
- Complete and post work sheets/time schedules
- Assist in recordkeeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employees
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Aide License is required
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills
