Duties
- Responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies for cooking.
- Support the kitchen team during banquet events, catering functions, and regular service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed to support smooth service flow.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items following safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision to support the culinary team’s needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary activities is a plus.
