As the Senior Project Director, you strategically guide our clients and our internal team through the design process to bring our clients’ stories to life. You breakdown the details, and understand how they add up to the big picture. You keep everyone’s focus on the ultimate goal – using your calm demeanor, proactive approach, and organizational skills to lead our processes and communicate clearly.
- Strategically lead the internal project team through the project lifecycle, staying on schedule and scope
- Serve as the day-to-day project contact for assigned book of clients - shepherding the client through the TENFOLD process and bridging the client and internal teams
- Work with Director of Operations to manage project resources balance your team’s time
- Partner with Fabrication Director in Deliver Phase and manage the turn-key fabrication and installation of assigned projects
- Represent TENFOLD onsite during construction and installation
- Maintain all projects in the project management software and provide accurate status updates, both internally and client-facing.
- Proactively look ahead and manage through potential issues with project scope, escalating appropriately when needed.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and developing proposals for add-on opportunities with your existing clients. Partner with the Director of Business Development to finalize, price, and present proposals.
