We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for monitoring services and providing community support services and therapeutic services. The BHC uses a basic knowledge of diagnostic characteristics, symptomology of primary mental illness and knowledge of medications, side effects and benefits to provide services in a person-centered, supportive, community-based environment.

- Monitor patient services and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a behavioral health setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
