About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
You will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated, support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, be able to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing, and possess a graduate degree from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
