Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Patient Care Tech. assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCT’s and is cross-trained to Unit Associate.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program, Florida-issued CNA license, or completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program.
Required:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer into role date.
