Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Educator
We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Educator to join our team at Tenet Desert.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced RN to work as a Clinic Educator, providing education and training to nursing staff across various departments. As a Clinic Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to meet the needs of our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested.
- Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff at Tenet Healthcare.
- Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units while following and contributing to Tenet educational goals and vision.
- Supports the educational needs for assigned units/clinics including classroom, clinical experiences, and learning technologies.
Requirements:
- Current RN License
- BSN or Bachelor's degree in related field-required
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience in acute care (i.e. Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Intensive/Critical Care, Emergency Department)-required
- Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience-preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
