McGrath’s Fish House is looking for a Busser to support our dining room team and help create a clean, welcoming experience for our guests.
Position: Busser Pay:
$15.55 – $17 per hour (plus tips), depending on experience
Location: Salem, OR
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Table clearing — Quickly and efficiently clear and reset tables.
- Guest support — Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs.
- Dining room cleanliness — Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Team assistance — Support servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
- Sanitation compliance — Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- No experience required — we provide full training.
