About the Role
As a window cleaner, you"ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch facility services. Your role will involve cleaning the interior and exterior windows of various commercial and residential buildings.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, operate specialized equipment, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
What You Will Do :
- Provide window cleaning services to walk-up and high-rise buildings.
- Do everything with safety in mind first and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings.
- Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer"s satisfaction.
- Respectfully and communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
What You Will Need :
- 21 years or older
- 1 - 4 story work
- 2 - 3 years commercial preferred
- Current & valid driver's license is required.
- Confident working at heights.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solver : able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
- Well-spoken, excellent attendance, and reliable.
- Able to lift 80 lbs.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to climb a ladder or work off the ground.

Compensation for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 hourly, depending on experience.
