The work
- Recurring cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans in Hudson County
- Solo or paired with another contractor on larger jobs
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Before-and-after photos on every job
- You accept only the jobs you want; there is no minimum and no set schedule
What we're looking for
- 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience
- You're comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Reliable smartphone and email; able to communicate with our team by text in English or Spanish
- Consistent, detail-oriented work and good communication with clients
- Authorized to work in the United States
How pay works
We pay a flat rate per job, not by the hour, because every home is different. You see the full rate before you accept the job. Our rates work out to roughly $28–$40 per hour for cleaners who work efficiently.

- Tips are 100% yours
- Premiums available on select jobs, plus higher rates on accounts where clients request you by name
- No cap on how many jobs you take
