Responsibilities

- Create lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs or requiring early intervention.
- Foster literacy education through various teaching methods and materials.
- Monitor student progress through assessments.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other educators regarding student development and welfare.
- Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.

Skills
