Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The Teacher will play a crucial role in promoting literacy, behavior management, and overall childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational standards and caters to the needs of all students.
• Create lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs or requiring early intervention.
• Foster literacy education through various teaching methods and materials.
• Monitor student progress through assessments.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other educators regarding student development and welfare.
• Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Experience working with children in various capacities such as daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices related to toddler care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Experience with behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.
• Understanding of literacy education strategies that support reading and writing skills development.
• Proficiency in teaching subjects such as math or physical education is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
