We’re looking for a recruiting coordinator who will be responsible for sourcing candidates on Indeed, managing the interview coordinator, and maintaining a talent pipeline to support hiring goals. Acts as the operational backbone of the recruiting team, ensuring timely, organized candidate flow and excellent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Source active and passive candidates on Indeed using advanced search, resume alerts, and job post optimization.
- Screen resumes and perform initial phone/video screens to assess basic qualifications and fit.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize a candidate pipeline for open roles; track candidate stages and next actions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates and hiring teams (phone, video, onsite); manage calendars, confirmations, reminders, etc.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in ATS (enter notes, update statuses, schedule events).
- Draft and send interview communications and other related communications.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job postings, sourcing strategies, and interview processes to improve conversion and time-to-fill.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and data privacy regulations

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience, ideally with hands-on sourcing experience on Indeed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional candidate-facing demeanor.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking ability.
Desired skills:
- Experience optimizing job posts and using Indeed Resume/Indeed Hiring features.
- Basic understanding of sourcing channels beyond Indeed (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is ideal but not required.
