About The Role
As a Kids’ Gym Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families. You’ll supervise play, assist with activities, and help keep our gym safe and clean. In this role, you’ll also work one-on-one or with small groups of children during structured activities, ensuring everyone feels supported and included.

About The Role
As a Kids’ Gym Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families. You’ll supervise play, assist with activities, and help keep our gym safe and clean. In this role, you’ll also work one-on-one or with small groups of children during structured activities, ensuring everyone feels supported and included.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet families and assist with check-ins and reservations using the Mindbody program.
- Supervise children during open play to maintain a safe and fun environment.
- Help set up and clean up activities, including arts and crafts projects.
- Provide support for children during play, especially those needing extra help or exhibiting challenging behaviors (training provided).
- Ensure the gym is clean and organized, including sanitizing toys, equipment, and surfaces.
- Promote gym services, programs, and special events with enthusiasm.
- Assist with birthday parties, community events, and occasional evening shifts.
- Be a positive, friendly, and helpful presence for children and families.
- Passion for working with children of all abilities.
- Previous experience working with kids is a plus!
- High school diploma (or currently enrolled as a junior or senior).
- CPR certification is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to handle physical activities such as standing, bending, and occasional lifting.

- We are specifically looking for those who can work weekends from 9am-4pm and/or weekday afternoons from 2pm-7pm
