Tender Touch Small Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal hospital integrative practice located in downtown Redmond. We are looking for a veterinarian who focuses on preventative medicine, client education, and has an interest in Fear Free techniques. In our supportive team environment, you’ll have the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine and build lasting relationships with our loyal clients and their pets. Our hospital offers a full surgery suite, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab capabilities.Practice Details & Benefits:Open Monday–Saturday.Weekdays: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1–2 Saturdays/month).No on-call duties; excellent work–life balance.30-minute appointments.Full-time schedule: 4-day work week.Part-time opportunities considered.Compensation & Benefits:Annual base salary (DOE): $120,000 – $160,000.Sign-on bonus up to $15,000.Continuing education allowance.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Uniform allowance and pet discounts.One month of paid time off (includes holidays and sick pay).DEA and state license coverage.Professional liability insurance included.Eligible for Cash Balance Plan (profit sharing) after one year of employment.Email resume to ssadhanala@tendertouchah.com
