Tender Loving Touch Home Care is a licensed, locally owned home care agency helping seniors and adults stay safe and comfortable at home. We need a friendly, driven outreach rep to help families across our community find us.
Where you'll workWe serve Warren, Vance, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Nash, Wake, and Durham counties.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with hospital discharge planners and case managers, DSS and social services offices, elder law and estate attorneys' offices, senior centers, churches, assisted and independent living communities, and adult day programs
- Share who we are and what we offer with a smile
- Follow up with interested families and connect them with our team
- Keep a simple visit log
- Be the warm, professional face of our agency
What you'll earn
- $250 for every signed client contract, paid after the client's payment clears
- Commissions paid bi-weekly
- We reimburse half of your approved outreach mileage
- Set your own schedule
- No cap on how many clients you sign
What you need
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, senior care, or community outreach
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Great people skills and strong follow-through
- Ability to pass a background check
The detailsCommission-only, independent contractor (1099) position. No base pay and no guaranteed earnings. Reps do not sign clients or quote custom pricing. All assessments and agreements are handled by our agency. We are a private-pay agency.
