Caregiver / Direct Support Professional - DSP (no overnights, drivers license required)

Locations: Duluth/Hermantown/Proctor (2 positions); Cloquet (2 positions)

Starting Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (based on relevant experience, education, weekend work)

Hours (NO Overnights. NO Mandating): Set weekly schedules will be further customized to hired applicants, but the following are potential PT schedules hiring today.

• Schedule 1: DULUTH ( 31hr/wk Weekdays) Mon 10a-3p, Tues 10:30a-7:45p, Wed 10a-3p, Thurs 10:30a-7:45p, Fri 12p-3p *Clients served prefer female staff
• Schedule 2: DULUTH (28hr/wk) Mon 9a-2p, Thurs 9a-2p, Fri 12p-9p, Sun 9a-5p
• Schedule 3: CLOQUET (25hr/wk) Mon 10a-6:15p, Fri 3p-6p, Sat 9a-4:15p, Sun 9a-4:15p *Clients served prefer female staff
• Schedule 4: CLOQUET (17.5hr/wk Mon-Wed) Mon 9a-6:30p, Tues 4p-7p, Wed 1:15p-7p * Clients served prefer female staff
• Schedule 5: (28hr hr/wk) Mon 11:30-9p, Thurs 11a-5p, Fri 9a-2:15p, Sat 12p-8p

As a DSP with TLC, you’ll support others build daily independent living skills such as:

Requirements:

• Driver's license
• Ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to pass the DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check
• Ability to work independently, yet warmly receive direction. Make independent decisions based upon standard policies and procedures, as well as use personal judgment in-step with TLC's core values in day-to-day activities.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred:

• (1) year experience in a DSP, human services, teaching/education, nursing.
