What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew and Crew Lead position at Tender Lawn Care?
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Occasional Saturdays and overtime as required
Job Duties
- Installations
- Renovations
- Plants, trees, patios, retaining walls and drainage systems
- Setting grades
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Applying mulch
- Pruning
- Oversee, train, and manage a crew of one to three people
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a Foreman in the Landscaping Industry (if applying for crew lead)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively over the course of the day
- Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and temperatures
- Extensive plant knowledge or a degree in horticulture is a plus
