The Home Caregiver plays a vital role in supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed by care plans.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Administer medication reminders ONLY.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Document daily care activities and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and care standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
