Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Fort Collins or Grand Junction, Colorado, with responsibility for operations across both locations. Approximately 20% travel between locations is expected.
The Operations Associate oversees key business functions including financial operations, billing, administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and operational projects. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- QuickBooks Online maintenance
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Medicaid billing, HealthShare superbills, VOBs, and EOBs
- Billing audits and financial intakes
- Insurance renewals and vendor management
- IT and facility coordination
- HR and onboarding coordination
- Social media and marketing coordination
- Process improvement and special projects
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, billing, or business operations preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Healthcare administration, medical billing, or insurance experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing organization
