Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Fort Collins or Grand Junction, Colorado, with responsibility for operations across both locations. Approximately 20% travel between locations is expected.
The Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key business operations across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring systems, processes, resources, and administrative functions support organizational goals, operational efficiency, and profitability.
We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented individual who can identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing day-to-day operational oversight with long-term organizational growth and improvement.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple locations
Monitor financial performance, profitability, and operational metrics
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and business systems
Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Oversee billing systems, audits, and revenue cycle processes
Coordinate vendors, contracts, insurance renewals, technology, and facility needs
Develop and improve systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Ensure accountability and follow-through across administrative functions
Lead operational projects and organizational initiatives
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Work closely with leadership to support organizational growth and expansion
Qualifications
Strong business, operations, administrative, or practice management experience
Financial literacy and understanding of business performance metrics
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
QuickBooks Online experience required
Healthcare administration, medical billing, or practice management experience preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Compensation
Starting salary: $57,784 annually
Eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities tied to mutually agreed-upon operational and organizational metrics
Compensation review after 6 months with opportunity for advancement based on performance
