Early Childhood Educator – Full-Time

Tender Care Learning Center in Morgantown is seeking experienced, dedicated, and energetic professionals to join our NAEYC Accredited early childhood education program.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a minimum of 15 ECE credits
- Experience: At least 2 years of documented experience working with young children
Teaching Responsibilities
- Foster a love of learning and enhance the lives of young children
- Maintain open communication with families, managers, and co-workers
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment for every child
- Plan and implement educational activities that support emotional, social, and intellectual growth based on each child’s individual needs
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive educational program
