Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Plan and implement educational activities based on individual child development
- Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth
- Communicate openly with families, coworkers, and management
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a Human Services-related field
OR a minimum of 15 credits in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years of documented experience working with young children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
