What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate educational activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes growth in all developmental domains
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain open communication with families, coworkers, and management
- Be a passionate advocate for early learning
What We're Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related Human Services field
OR a minimum of 15 credits in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of documented experience working with young children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
