Tender Care Learning Center in Jefferson is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our early childhood education program. As a Keystone STARS rated center, we take pride in delivering high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.
This is a full-time closing teaching position offering growth, stability, and a chance to truly make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth in young children
- Communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and center leadership
- Create and support a positive, team-oriented work culture
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related Human Services field
OR at least 15 ECE credits
- Minimum 2 years of documented experience working with young children
- A passion for early learning and child development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
