Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Support emotional, social, and cognitive development in young children
- Maintain open communication with families, coworkers, and management
- Collaborate with a positive and professional team
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or related Human Services field
OR minimum 15 credits in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of documented experience working with young children
- Passion for child development and early learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
