What You'll Do:With a dedication to a member centric approach
- Support all facets of loan operations, including processing consumer loans, records management, insurance, and tax information.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations, including HMDA and the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Handle and process all loan documentation, including imaging, temporary lien filings, and collateral management.
- Answer member and employee inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance and support.
- Customer-Focused Team Player:Works effectively in a team with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Organized and Efficient:Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Effective Communicator:Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Technology:Skilled in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.
- Proactive Problem-Solver:Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is results-oriented.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in consumer and mortgage loans preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
